Here’s how the service works:

- A fully qualified systems engineer will visit your premises free of charge, and assess your systems and present set up. You will then be provided with a report, detailing possible improvements, and the feasibility of becoming a part of the IT help desk network.
- If you wish, we can also suggest improvements and alterations to your existing systems.
- Your workstations and servers are then adapted so that they can be controlled remotely. This means that 95% of any problems that arise can be solved over the phone, without the need for a site visit.
- If a user has a problem, he or she calls the IT help desk, and receives instant assistance.
- This also applies where new users need to be added to the system, or permissions attributed to printers, etc.
- The IT help desk then maintains a relationship with your business, so that, as your business changes, your systems can be altered, or adapted to meet your needs on an ongoing basis.
- Your IT services are then taken care of. You then get on with what you are good at: Making money!
