How it works

Here’s how the service works:

 

  1. You decide that you no longer wish to waste your time trying to keep your computers going, and call in THE IT HELP DESK.
     
  2. A fully qualified systems engineer will visit your premises free of charge, and assess your systems and present set up.  You will then be provided with a report, detailing possible improvements, and the feasibility of becoming a part of the IT help desk network.
     
  3. If you wish, we can also suggest improvements and alterations to your existing systems.
     
  4. Your workstations and servers are then adapted so that they can be controlled remotely. This means that 95% of any problems that arise can be solved over the phone, without the need for a site visit.
     
  5. If a user has a problem, he or she calls the IT help desk, and receives instant assistance.
     
  6. This also applies where new users need to be added to the system, or permissions attributed to printers, etc.
     
  7. The IT help desk then maintains a relationship with your business, so that, as your business changes, your systems can be altered, or adapted to meet your needs on an ongoing basis.
     
  8. Your IT services are then taken care of. You then get on with what you are good at:  Making money!
