If you require remote assistance, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Call the IT Help Desk to ensure that a representative is available:  07734 721983
  2. Click on the download link below , choose ‘Run’ and ignore all warnings.

  3. A small window opens up. Click on the words ‘Internet Support’ on the top left.  Your computer will then be linked to the IT Help Desk and an engineer can assist you as required.
